I can't say enough good things about our experience with Megan. From start to finish, she was professional, kind, and incredibly helpful in selling our house. She provided excellent advice and was always available to answer our questions. I highly recommend Megan to anyone looking to buy or sell a home! I am so thankful we went to her!

Megan Bell and her team gave me the guidance I needed to sell my house quickly. I was initially overwhelmed by the amount of work I thought I needed to do in order to make my house market ready. Megan helped me sort out which projects to take on and which upgrades to skip. Her advice was spot on! Her team helped me downsize from a house to a condo. They helped with every step in the process!

Edit to add: Your response is exactly why I said I would only deal with you in writing. I have absolutely everything to back everything up. You can’t spin the narrative. Megan sold a house knowing it had an encroachment issue. We started on August 10th talking to her about it. Unfortunately, instead of handling it – she lied about several things. She lied about contacting the surveyor, she lied about contacting the fence company, etc. The worst one was that she told us that she asked neighbors about us, and that what we were doing was wrong – that was a lie. She was belittling, demeaning and unprofessional. She treated us like we were idiots, when in the end she was the one in the wrong. She was provided a survey and pictures multiple times. She then insisted that we get a new survey, even though it was the same exact thing. Before that survey came back, she emailed saying that the fence was wrong – too late…we already paid for one. Thankfully I won’t be using a realtor anytime soon, but it certainly would not be her.
